Mission Statement

Requirements

贝伦校区的犹太研究要求有两个要素 number of courses and the distribution of those courses.

Jewish History

Studying Jewish history provides students with an awareness of the different events that have befallen the Jewish people within the Land of Israel and in the countries of their sojourns in the Diaspora. Jewish Philosophy

Hebrew language courses at Yeshiva University's Stern College for Women provide students with the basic tools to study primary source material in all disciplines of Jewish studies. The Jewish Education concentration is a track within the Jewish Studies major. Interested students must meet with the Program Director and be accepted into the track.

39 credits above the Jewish Studies requirement: 15 credits of Jewish Studies with at least 9 credits in BIBL and the remaining 6 credits in either JHIS or JPHI or JUDS; EDUC 2301, 2807; JEDU  2319; 3215, 3216,3218, 3225, 3226:教导圣经(3学分- ags).

The following courses, 哪些可以适用于通识教育要求, 也需要:EDUC 2201, 2807 and an Education elective; plus PSYC 1010 and 3400 (same as EDUC 1210).

Some of the above courses may be taken in the Azrieli Graduate School (AGS).
